Your mission

As a Working Student in our Quality team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we combine quality, environmental, and energy standards into one cohesive system from the ground up. Your work will directly support our commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and international compliance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with ISO standards in a real-world setting while contributing to meaningful change at Elli.

You will:

  • Support the Quality Management team in day-to-day activities related to integrated systems.

  • Analyze international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) and help identify relevant tasks for implementation.

  • Review existing company processes and identify environmental deviations and areas for improvement.

  • Plan and prepare evidence for standard implementation, including documentation, presentations, and process descriptions.

  • Create company-wide presentations and training materials related to environmental topics and ISO standards.

  • Assist in conducting internal audits with a focus on environmental and energy-related processes.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about sustainability and excited to learn. If you're studying and want to make a real impact—this role is for you.

You are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Environmental Law, Energy Industry Management, Industrial Engineering, Production, Energy & Process Engineering, or a related field.

  • A strong communicator in writing and speaking - both in English and in German.

  • Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional team environment.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own tasks independently.

  • Someone who enjoys creating clear, engaging presentations and documentation.

  • Enthusiastic about environmental sustainability and the future of charging solutions.

  • Proactive and curious, with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to learn.
